Spanish Language Lessons

Spanish language courses start from beginners and go up to the highest level. Those who have a certain level of Spanish can take a professional test to determine their level of knowledge in order to participate in the appropriate stage. We also offer online courses. Spanish courses at the "Hispanic Center" are taught by highly qualified and experienced local and Spanish-speaking professionals.

We offer the following courses:

Classical Spanish

The full Spanish language course program consists of 6 levels, each level lasts 2 months, 3 times a week, 1.5 hours in duration. The main goal of this course is to promote the acquisition of reading, writing and oral communication skills.

Course levels and prices:

A1- beginner - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 36․000 AMD

A2 - Elementary - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 36․000 AMD

B1 - Basic - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 48․000 AMD

B2 - Intermediate - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 48․000 AMD

C1 - Advanced - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 60,000 AMD

C2 - Proficiency - 2 months (24 lessons) per month: 60,000 AMD

A1 level

Designed for students with zero level of language. The aim of the course is to acquire basic knowledge so that you can express yourself in an understandable way and answer simple questions using the present tense in your speech.

A2 level

At the end of this course, the student will be able to communicate in everyday situations, as well as understand frequently used expressions in the present and past tenses.

B1 level

At this stage, the students will be able to explain their thoughts in the present, past and future tenses, talking about their experiences, telling about their travels, preferences and plans.

B2 level

At the end of this course, the students will be able to explain and at the same time defend their points of view, talk about the advantages and disadvantages of a particular situation, applying deeper skills in vocabulary and sentence structure.

C1 level

At the end of this level, the student will have a rich vocabulary and grammatical knowledge that will allow for competent and comfortable communication.

C2 level

The students will be able to understand almost everything they hear or read. They will be able to express themselves fluently and express their opinion on a variety of topics and discussions, both in real sentences and in non-real structures.

Conversational Spanish

Conversational courses are designed for all those who already speak Spanish but want to improve their level of Spanish.

This course is a conversation in the form of seminars and debates, that is, during each lesson an interesting topic is discussed (education, culture, politics, sports, music, etc.). The teacher sends students brief information on a pre-selected topic in the range of 1-3 pages to familiarize themselves with the material and vocabulary.

Individual Spanish

The entire program of individual lessons is compiled according to the student's requirements, emphasizing both written and spoken language (both for everyday and professional environments), while maintaining the appropriate approach to the educational program. Designed for all stages.

The schedule of individual lessons is compiled according to the student's wishes, from 1 to 6 times a week. The cost of 1 lesson is 8,000 AMD, lasting 1 hour. In case of participation by two people 12,000 AMD.

DELE (Diploma of Spanish As A Foreign Language)

The "Hispanic Center" also offers DELE (Diploma of Spanish As A Foreign Language) preparation courses, according to the chosen level. The course is conducted with the necessary and appropriate program and materials offered by the Cervantes Institute. It covers all aspects of the exam: reading, listening comprehension, writing and oral skills development.
The cost of 1 lesson is 8,000 AMD, lasting 1 hour.

At the end of the courses a certificate of completion of the corresponding level is issued.

Registration and cancellation conditions

Registration
All those who wish to register for Spanish courses must complete the registration form and pay for the appropriate level when starting the course. If the students has a level higher than Beginner A1, they must take a test to verify their level and join the course of that level accordingly.

Cancellations by the "Hispanic Center"

The "Hispanic Center" cancels courses in which the initial number of students does not meet the required minimum number (at least 4 students per group). In case of cancellation due to lack of the minimum number of students, registered students are offered individual lessons. If this option is not suitable, they will have to wait until new students are enrolled to start the course.

Cancellations by the student

If the students cancel their registration after paying for the course (which is done at the first lesson, not in advance), they will be offered a maximum of six months from the date of payment to join other groups. No partial refunds will be given for missed lessons.
